Welcome to Cace ("App", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our AI-powered application. By downloading, accessing, or using Cace, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Cace. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and fully capable of entering into a binding agreement.

2. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account:

• You agree to provide accurate and complete information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose
• Submit any content that is illegal, obscene, hateful, or offensive
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the App's AI systems

We reserve the right to moderate, remove, or block content or users that violate our standards.

4. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the App. However:

• By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and display that content to operate the App.
• We do not claim ownership over your personal messages or AI interactions unless you explicitly grant permission.

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Cace uses AI to generate content. While we strive for accuracy and appropriateness:

• AI outputs may be inaccurate, biased, or inappropriate.
• You use the AI-generated content at your own risk.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, legality, or usefulness of content generated by the App.

6. Privacy

Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. Please read it carefully.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the App, including software, design, and trademarks, are owned by or licensed to Cace. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our written consent.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Cace is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We disclaim all warranties, express or implied
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for the App

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check for updates.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and your use of the App shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of your place of residence, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in your local region, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
